Alejandro Flores is a certified Personal Fitness Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). He began his fitness journey at an early age, making his way through wrestling, boxing, and various MMA styles. Alejandro joined the Marine Corps at the age of 19, where his passion for training the mind, body, and soul became even stronger. He moved up the ranks in the Marines as a Marine Corps Martial Arts Instructor and a Training Non-Commissioned Officer, where he trained his Marines until he was honorably discharged.
Alejandro has been training clients for about a decade but has been on his fitness journey for over 20 years. He believes that the first step to leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle starts in the mind and enjoys sharing the fitness knowledge he has accumulated over the years. When it comes to training clients, he believes in establishing a personal ‘trainer-client’ relationship (with boundaries) to get the most optimal program/routine for the client. When Alejandro is not at the gym, you can find him off-road biking, rock climbing, or simply going for a jog in the woods.
