Kenneth Tinsley is a Certified Personal Trainer through American Aerobic Association International/International Sports Medicine Association (AAAI/ISMA). Mr. Tinsley has completed three 10 Mile races including the Cherry Blossom 10 miler in 2019. He is a graduate of James Madison University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
Mr. Tinsley passion for fitness was instilled in him by his father, who was in the Navy. He would work out with him in his garage when he would come home from work in the morning. Mr. Tinsley has experience in Weight Training, Strength and Conditioning, with a specialty in H.I.I.T. workouts. While recovering from a torn Achilles, his focus went from playing sports to running. This led him to join “DC Run Crew” where he trained for various races and was introduced to H.I.I.T. workouts. During the pandemic, he spent his time researching different types of HIIT workouts to achieve his goals and posted workouts daily on his Instagram page.
That commitment has led him to pursuing a career in personal fitness. Mr. Tinsley’s goal is to show people that you can work out and achieve your goals, no matter what the setting is.
