Daniel Kennedy is a Certified Personal Trainer through American Aerobic Association International/International Sports Medicine Association (AAAI/ISMA). Daniel’s love for fitness began in 2019 when he went through a major physical transformation. This transformation not only had an impact on him physically, but mentally as well. Since then, Daniel has made it his life’s goal to help others achieve total body transformations by building confidence, challenging the mind, and pushing through fitness and mental plateaus.
Daniel is a firm advocate of owning your results and believes that anyone can become an athlete, regardless of experience or fitness level, so long as you are willing to show up and commit to the challenge.
Daniel has experience in weight training, strength and conditioning, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). He also specializes in providing individual nutrition plans. Resistant to failure, Daniel will ensure that you not only see the results in the mirror and on the scale, but that you are actively taking the steps necessary towards committing to a new, healthier, and transformed lifestyle.
