David Kennedy is a Certified Personal Trainer through American Aerobic Association
International/International Sports Medicine Association (AAAI/ISMA). While at Capitol
University as a student track athlete, David fell in love with fitness. He realized the impact that with resilience and achieving the impossible has on both physical and mental. With over a decade of experience in the health and wellness field, David’s quiddity is to help others achieve total body transformations by building confidence, challenging the mind, and pushing through fitness and mental plateaus.
The son of retired Air Force officer, David thrives under pressure with a coaching style that will get you to achieve the same. A firm advocate of owning your results – anyone can become an athlete, regardless of experience or fitness level, so long as you are willing to show up and commit to the challenge.
David has experience in weight training, strength and conditioning, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). He also specializes in providing individual nutrition plans. Resistant to failure, David will ensure that you not only see the results in the mirror, but that you are actively taking the steps necessary towards committing to a new, healthier, and transformed lifestyle.
